We'll be well versed on the home beforehand, so we know exactly how to show off its best features. This step goes a lot further than simply opening and closing the door. Also, if you already have a tenant there, we will liaison for you while providing at least 24 hours notice.

Signing up is as simple as it gets! We send over an authorization to market your property. This involves no commitment and it is non-exclusive. Change your mind? No sweat, just let us know and we'll stop looking for you, no questions asked.

We list your property

This is where we grab the details of your property, and our work begins! We will list on our platforms to get it in front of as many people as possible. If someone is looking for a unit similar to yours, they will see it.

Advertise to
our network

After listing your home, we will share it with our tenant network, corporate travellers, relocation companies, and film studios. Half of our rentals are confirmed through this.

Show your property

Busy living your life? No sweat, we handle all viewings for you. This includes liaising with your existing tenants, if applicable. Our world-class rental agents are great at showcasing your home.

Screen the tentants

You don't just want any tenant, you want the right tenant. We conduct a background, reference, credit, employment, and income check. We include this information in a tenant package. You make the final authorization of the tenant.

Write up the contract

Our licensed team will write up a Residential Tenancy Agreement for you, including a list of important additional clauses to best protect you.

Move in inspection

Now your tenant is ready to move-in. We handle a very detailed inspection to ensure you and your tenant knows the full condition they moved in with, and expectations on how it must be left.

You're done!

Done! Your tenant has now moved in, you've received the first month's rent and half month deposit. At this final stage, we charge our placement fee. If we don't get to this stage, there are no fees at all.

What's included in your service?

As part of our service we view the suite, take photos, consult on pricing and market the property through over 50+ websites. From there we respond to all tenant inquiries and handle all viewings.

When we have found you a great tenant, we thoroughly vet the tenant and provide you with the details for the final confirmation. Once we have your seal of approval, we will draft the contract; collect the first month's rent and deposit; and perform the move in inspection.

How much does it cost to list with you?

100% free of charge - There is no monthly or upfront cost.

Payment is only due once we have found you a qualified tenant that you would like to proceed with. This is collected once we have vetted the tenants, contracts have been signed and we have collected the first month's rent and security deposit.

How quickly will the property be live?

We aim to get the property up and running within 48 hours depending on how quickly we are able to enter the suite to get marketing materials created.

What if the tenant leaves early?

Our tenant guarantee means that will we find you a replacement tenant free of charge if they leave within the first three months of their tenancy.
